STERIS plc (NYSE: STE) (“STERIS”) announced on November 2, 2015 that it had completed the previously announced combination of STERIS Corporation and Synergy Health plc (“Synergy”). As a result of the transaction, STERIS Corporation and Synergy are now combined under STERIS.
